Laser Cutting

Using a high-powered laser beam, a laser cutting machine is the perfect tool for cutting steel into all shapes and sizes. It functions through an automated system in which computer generated programs can be introduced to then cut the desired metal.

Laser Cutting Material: Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel, Copper

Standard Cutting Area: Up To 4000x6000mm

Material Thickness: Up To 20mm

Dimension Accuracy: Reach +/-0.05mm

Bending

Utilizing hydraulic bending machines, we can accurately measure angles and apply massive amounts of force upon  steel to bend it to the desired dimensions of your project.  Cutting sheet metal

Bending Material: Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel, Copper

Standard Cutting Area: Up To 4000mm

Material Thickness: Up To 20mm

Welding

Welding is the process of applying electrically produced heat upon metal, to melt and join it together as one. Our skillful welder operators are capable of joining steel, through welding methods, to create complex and unique structures as desired.

Welding Material: Aluminum, Alloy, Copper.
