For those who aren't aware, in Diablo 2 you would hire followers to go through the gates of hell along with you, however when the followers were killed, you needed be able to rehire them using cold Diablo IV Gold, hard cash. There were new followers in every zone, which means certain followers wefre more powerful than others.

The idea was further developed into Diablo 3, where instead of hiring mercenaries to help you, you obtained three different companions to play the story's campaign. The three companions were the Scoundrel Sorceress, and Templar, who represented different aspects of DPS tanks, ranged DPS, and magic user respectively.In the course of my Diablo 4 adventure I only encounter helpful NPCs, who stuck around for a dungeon or two before heading off into the sunset. When I asked Jackson about how the game's follower function would work and they replied "for the initial versions of the game, we will have certain areas within the story where you'll find certain named NPCs who will follow you and help you as you figure out what Lilith is up to on the planet.

I loved the vast range of abilities followers brought to the table during Diablo 2 and would love to see this innovated upon buy Diablo 4 Gold. This will open up more opportunities for different build types, as well as amazing demon-slaying ability chains.
