OUR HISTORY

Magnate Consulting, LLC. was founded in 2016  in Virginia. This company was started after constantly seeing gaps in the quality of services  by Medicaid Providers. It was observed that there was not always a balance between Quality, Ethics, Person-Centered Thinking and Individual Satisfaction. This company was created to help ensure that all of these areas are above standard in providers that we work with. Our hope is that we help improve individuals' lives and provider quality!

Developmental Disabilities Consultant

Our owner created this company to help providers be successful from the start of the application process through operating homes, facilities and agencies that remain in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.  She has 15 years of experience in the human services field and has a special niche for supporting seniors and individuals who have developmental disabilities. Her experience comes from holding positions ranging from Direct Care and DD Support Coordination to Leadership positions, most recently serving as a Chief Executive Officer.  With a  Bachelor's degree in Psychology, graduate degree in Human Services with a focus on Executive Leadership and an MBA with a focus in Public Administration, she is able to effectively develop and implement programs.  To further support the success of the company, she is trained as an Investigator and certified as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. It is her desire to provide quality services  at an affordable rate to keep providers in compliance with regulations and support providers with being person-centered and compliant with HCBS final settings. Our goal is to help our clients reach their highest level of success by utilizing our consulting services. We also strive to help individuals and their families advocate for any and everything they deserve and need.
