Method 1: Troubleshoot the Modem and Router

- Restart your modem after some time has passed.

- Try logging in as a computer administrator after that.

Method 2: Back up in the Registry Editor

- Enter the word "Regedit" after you have finished typing.

- Now select the folder where you want to save the TurboTax backup key from the Save in list.
- Then, in the File Name box, give your backup file a name, such as TurboTax Backup.
- Verify that the Export Range box's Selected branch is selected.

- The file will then be saved with a.reg file extension.
