Like Burning Crusade WoTLK Classic Gold Classic, Blizzard will provide one paid character boost on each account prior to Wrath of The Lich King Classic's release. This will ensure that players who don't have WoW Classic and Burning Crusade Classic can get on the right track and jump into the recently released content. When asked if Wrath of the Lich King Classic would offer a paid deluxe edition similar to the one offered for Burning Crusade Classic--a bundle that upset a portion of the Classic community due to it introducing microtransactions to the previously microtransaction-free old-school MMO--Blizzard said it had nothing to announce at this time. Blizzard did note, however that similar content to the in-game items found in the Burning Crusade Classic deluxe edition was in WoW from the very beginning, dating all the time to the collector's version of the game's first release in 2004. If you find one of the original WoW collector's editions, those exclusive pets can be used to play in WoW Classic.
Blizzard has made it clear that a majority of the tweaks for Wrath of the Lich King Classic are based on gamers' feedback, which Blizzard declared to be the primary factor behind virtually every decision that the team takes regarding what expansions might get an "Classic" treatment next.
The only thing players will not have a say in however, is whether or not they'd like to progress to Wrath of the Lich King at all. Contrary to the release of Burning Crusade Classic, where Blizzard offered players the option of staying on what it now calls "Classic Era" servers, or moving them towards The Burning Crusade, all current Burning Crusade Classic servers will be automatically converted into Wrath of the Lich King Classic servers once the expansion's release. While Burning Crusade servers won't exist in Wrath King Classic's launch, Blizzard is leaving the door open for a possible return to the expansion down the buy WOW WoTLK Classic Gold line.
