This robust educational foundation launched him into the upper echelons of the hospitality industry, leading to roles at several prestigious venues, including the esteemed 3 Michelin Star Restaurant Fischerzunft in Schaffhausen.

Risko Isic and varied experience includes significant contributions to Brisbane's culinary scene. One of the highlights of his career was owning and operating Mariosarti Restaurant in Toowong, an iconic venue beloved by many, for over five years. His tenure there was marked by a commitment to quality and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.

A pinnacle of his career was the development of the first fine dining concept on the Wheel of Brisbane.
